Pandiarajan Kumarasamy

Pandiarajan Kumarasamy is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Board of Max Power Services.

Prior to joining Max Power Services in 2009, he held in Managing Director position at Ramya Enterprises. He was responsible for the Company’s consolidated promotional activities, legal, sales & marketing as well as a number of aspects of results analysis, and the consolidation of forecasts and plans. He has more than 18 years of experience in the mechanical industries.

Neelakandan Devan

Neelakandan Devan is the Co - Founder, Managing Partner of the Board of Max Power Services.

He takes up the office of the Chief Administrative Officer overseeing the important functions and Business Operations. In this role, his mandate is to make the Max Power Services offices an enjoyable experience for employees. He manages the operations / administration, infrastructural growth, real estate, purchase, advertisement, IT , Sales & Marketing at Max Power Services. In addition he Heads the others branches too.

He has over 15 years of experience working in diverse fields such as Administration, Sales, Business Analysis and Operations. Prior to joining Max Power Services in 2012, he held in Senior Executive of Administration position at Datamatics Global Services Limited and Office Assistant position at Vetri Software Private Limited.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Material Management and an MA in Public Administration from University of Madras, Chennai.

Balaji Sampandham

Balaji Sampandham is the Co - Founder, Managing Partner of the Board of Max Power Services.

Prior to joining Max Power Services in 2009, he held in Senior Mechanical Engineer position at Tecnomac Sales and Services. He is responsible for operational control, business development and management of residential and industrial business across India. With over 18 years of experience in the mechanical industry, he takes the lead in identifying key growth areas and creating expansion models to further streamline the services offered to our clients.
